I went in to get my guitar serviced and restrung and received amazing service. They were honest with me that a service wouldn't return the outcome I was looking for, so without trying to sell me anything offered some options that would be better for me and more cost effective. They could have taken my money and be done with it as I really didn't know any better. Would highly recommend their honest advice and service!
