Monday to Friday: 10am to 5pm

Our showroom is closed on all public holidays.
Shipping
We ship all over Australia via TNT Express and Australia Post, and all freight is fully insured for loss or damage.
All large items (guitars, amps etc) can only ship via TNT Express so please provide a physical address (work or home) for delivery as these items cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
Repairs & Servicing
All our repairs and servicing happen on a first in / first out basis, it's the only way we can stay organised and fair to each customer. As we're a busy workshop with a high volume of jobs on at all times, generally turnaround times fluctuate between 2-4 weeks.
